What is a Customized Maintenance Program?

This program is designed for larger boats (i.e. 30’ and larger, cruisers, etc.).  It allows you to break up required annual services over the course of a year.  This keeps downtime to a minimum.  We design the program specific for your boat and needs.  We will set up a schedule of required maintenance.  I will also divide the cost of your required services over the course of a year.  This eliminates the “once a year” large bill for work done on your boat.  Breaking up the required services eliminates your boat being out of the water for long periods of time.  Your services can be easily arranged while you are out of town or on vacation.  Most preventative maintenance takes no more than one day.  This keeps you and your boat on the lake.

The majority of preventative maintenance will be done at the lake.  When we go out to do the preventative maintenance, we will do a systems check on the entire boat.  If there is an issue we will contact you immediately.

As part of the customization, I can keep a key in our office or we can make arrangements at each scheduled service time.  You will need to sign our Customized Maintenance Program release before we can service your boat.
